Our Homeowner Loyalty Surveys

Construction Phase Loyalty
This homeowner loyalty survey is the only pre-closing opportunity builders have to influence the homebuyers’ experience prior to possession. This survey is designed to act as an early warning system and trip wire to obtain critical feedback about the purchase and construction processes. This survey can help determine if expectations are being properly managed during this crucial phase of the builder/buyer relationship.

30-Day Move-In Loyalty
This survey is designed to capture feedback from the previous month and build a historical database. In creating this historical database, you will be able to compare your present and past performance. This survey program asks homeowners about their experiences with your sales processes, the home buying process, selections process, orientation, construction process, lending, design, materials, workmanship, referral intentions, and behaviors.

Warranty Phase Loyalty
How does your team perform when they service a home? This program is designed to measure the specific performance of service when the buyer is living in the home. Specific target areas measured with this survey include responsiveness, timeliness, quality, overall service, and willingness to recommend. Without such a program in place, construction and warranty costs can escalate and greatly diminish your profitability and customer loyalty.

12-Month Homeowner Loyalty
This survey, conducted 1 year after closing, is one of the best measures of long-term happiness and loyalty. The survey includes 104 questions about the sales and construction processes, walk-through, floor plan, interior and exterior features, materials, workmanship, landscaping/grading, warranty service experience, and referral intentions and behaviors.

Retroactive Homeowner Loyalty
How did you fare last year? The Retroactive Homeowner Loyalty program lets you retroactively set a baseline of performance to gauge your success with the ongoing survey programs listed above. You can also see a one-time snapshot of your performance.

 

Our Surveys for Trade Partners, Employees and Sales Prospects

Trade Partner Feedback
The AVID Trade Partner Feedback survey asks your trade and supplier partners about their relationship with your company. Attitudes can have a large effect on productivity, and this program identifies issues that may affect the productivity of your business partnership. Self-administered surveys are delivered via mail or e-mail.

Employee & Associate Feedback
All employees and associates (sales, warranty, etc.) are surveyed to find out how satisfied they are with your company. Self-administered surveys are delivered to employees by mail, and you can choose to have them completed online.

Sales Prospect Feedback
This Web-based survey is designed to capture prompt feedback from prospects who have visited your sales center or model homes. A customized, Web-based survey is sent to prospects’ provided e-mail accounts and asks them to evaluate their experience and purchasing intentions. Results from this survey are entered real-time into our reporting system, AVID Reports and will identify trends in perceptions.

AVID Interpretation Training
To make sure everyone in your organization understands the results of your AVID Surveys, we offer a Web-based training program. During a Web-conference, your assigned Client Services Manager will give an overview of objectives, review the surveys, and show you how to use the AVID Reports online system. This orientation will be scheduled upon request at no extra charge when you’ve reached the targeted response rate for a specified period.

To help make sure your surveys generate a sufficient response rate, we offer a complimentary Survey Sweepstakes. Respondents are entered into a drawing and the AVID Sweepstakes winners are drawn every six months. Winners and the winners’ builders are notified by AVID Ratings.
