Ideal Homes of Norman, Oklahoma selects AVID Ratings for research services.
Ideal Homes has decided to contract with AVID Ratings for customer loyalty surveys and consulting. Ideal’s
homeowners will be receiving several survey studies at various points throughout their new home experience;
the research encompasses the many processes, ranging from sales to correction of walk-through items,
as well as the personnel involved, the materials used, the quality of workmanship, and even the referral
potential of each homebuyer. One of AVID’s selling points is their detailed online reporting
tool, AVID Reports™, which offers builders an in-depth means to sort through specific data and
even the ability to view how their scores compare to industry averages.
Once Ideal’s initial survey data is available for analysis, AVID Ratings CEO, Paul Cardis, will
visit Norman, Oklahoma for an on-site implementation rollout presentation to Ideal Homes’ entire
staff, followed by a meeting with their Senior Management. As part of the agreement, quarterly Web conferences
between Cardis and Ideal’s Senior Management will focus on interpreting the data to locate potential
areas for improvement as well as which customers are most likely to make referrals. The AVID Advisors
Group will also be conducting an on-site referral marketing workshop to develop process efficiencies,
train a more customer-centric staff, and ultimately create more loyal customers for Ideal Homes.
