AVID Ratings Relocates Short Distance for Long-Term Growth
Madison, WI – August 2, 2010 – AVID Ratings, a full-service research and management
firm serving the home building industry, is moving its headquarters less than a mile away from its current
location to better position the company for future expansion. The move will take place in September
with no disruption in client services. The new address will be:

With an eye on growth, AVID Ratings has signed a five-year lease agreement with The Gialamas Company,
which manages AVID’s new offices, as well as 25 other commercial properties in the Madison, Wis., area.
“Although AVID is an international operation, we are committed to growing our business from Madison
and keeping our headquarters in Wisconsin, while maintaining satellite offices in other key cities,”
says Paul Cardis, CEO of AVID Ratings.
Even in this tough economy, AVID has been signing on new home builder clients and has expanded its business
with the recent launch of AvidBuilder.com, a content-rich website for the home building industry. “As
the economy improves, we anticipate further success,” Cardis says. “Because of that, we chose to partner
