AVID Scorecard
The AVID Scorecard is used to grade your organization against the best practices
of the top performers in the industry. The scorecard evaluates your organization
in 25 key areas using 125 attributes of performance.
AVID Strategic Report
Once an assessment is complete, the AVID team develops a report detailing the recommended
improvement strategies for your company. An AVID Consultant meets with your executive
team to discuss and develop a strategic and tactical plan for improvement, leaving you with a
blueprint for success.
AVID Implementation
We work with you to implement any recommendations we make to ensure success, from
assembling teams to managing projects. Implementation is in addition to the audit
and is available on a month-to-month basis. Following implementation, an AVID Consultant
will monitor performance and help you modify and adjust the implementation strategy
as needed.
