Douglas Mueller joined the AVID Ratings team in May 2008 as their Systems Administrator, where he is responsible for overseeing and implementing the network and servers as well as assisting in many other IT needs. Prior to working for AVID, Doug was the founder of Onyx Networks, LLC, which provides technical support and assistance in network setup for businesses. In July 2009, he headed the AVID Evolution initiative, in which Onyx Networks was acquired by AVID Ratings to form AVID Evolution. The goal of this new branch is to provide AVID clients with the robust IT offerings and services that Onyx Networks currently provides to its clients. Douglas earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois, and he also recently recertified his GIAC Certified Incident Handler course and has been asked to serve on the GIAC Advisory Board.
