Jill Olson joined AVID Ratings in March 2004 and was soon promoted to Data Management Supervisor. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in May 2002, majoring in Sociology with a minor in Interpersonal Communication. Jill is responsible for overseeing her data management team, assisting with client contracts and proposals, calculating billing and issuing monthly invoices to clients, compiling comprehensive client reports, designing survey templates, monitoring client response rates, and assisting with data entry of all incoming surveys. Jill enjoys spending spare time with her family, especially her new baby boy, Cullen, hanging out with friends, and going for hikes with her husband, son, and golden retriever.
