Melissa Berry started with AVID Ratings in September 2002 as an office assistant and has been promoted twice to her current position as Client Service Coordinator. Responsible for preparing and processing all custom and comprehensive reports, Melissa is considered one of AVID Rating’s Subject Matter Experts. Melissa attended Southwest Wisconsin Technical College and came to AVID Ratings with an extensive customer service background. Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening, and watching NHL hockey.
