The sales team, Ayla and Charles, were lovely to work with - they were always friendly and approachable, and provided prompt answers to any questions we had along the way.
It seemed like on the build side, there was a disconnect with the quality of home discussed and offered based on the showhome. There is not the attention to detail one would expect of a $1 million+ home.

Only the items mentioned above. The overall experience was great. Even our designer was great as long as he agreed. He was lacking in experience on working with homeowners. I think he was probably great at showhomes where he had full control. I would just ask for someone with more experience working with home owners

All Brookfield team I have talked to, although not as knowledgeable in their respective teams as I would expect, were very nice to talk to.
Ensure that all aspects are set up and ready for a customer. I have found the Thermostat thing a pain, not user friendly and a thorn in my side for something so silly.
