Everybody is extremely friendly and not pushy at all. Re: the home, I am sad about the small size of the lot, but in terms of the home itself, the value is outstanding.
All of the BR team was exceptional (Nick, Paula, Matt, Jimmy, David, Corrine) and provided amazing service.

Comparatively a good quality home and there are areas of improvement for teams helping in the buying process. Customer Service team (David) is the only person I felt happy with working at Brookfield.
Trying to work towards gaining a full customer satisfaction by considering and thoughtfully evaluating the requests made by the customer, and not just dictating is the area I feel like might need to change.

How the sales team pitched this home and their continuous support and patience
If you're giving an option to purchase a home to someone, it would help if any builder upgrades that the final executor of the purchase agreement is consulted. There were a few upgrades we didn't want, and a lot of upgrades that were really wanted and we were never put in a position to get what we wanted as part of our house upgrades.
