Everybody is extremely friendly and not pushy at all. Re: the home, I am sad about the small size of the lot, but in terms of the home itself, the value is outstanding.
All of the BR team was exceptional (Nick, Paula, Matt, Jimmy, David, Corrine) and provided amazing service.
The brookfield residental officer, Elisa is exceptional and pays attention to details.
I only wish we closed earlier, the team is great otherwise

Sales team was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with.
Hiring more staff to respond to post-move-in home issues. We have repeatedly had to follow-up with Adam, due to a lack of response, to have certain things addressed.

Comparatively a good quality home and there are areas of improvement for teams helping in the buying process. Customer Service team (David) is the only person I felt happy with working at Brookfield.
Trying to work towards gaining a full customer satisfaction by considering and thoughtfully evaluating the requests made by the customer, and not just dictating is the area I feel like might need to change.
