The realtor team (Kelly and Bella) were responsive and very pleasant to work with. Working with the builder (Jacob) has been seamless pre closing on the walkthroughs and post closing on pending items. He is quick to respond, provide insights and communicates updates. Working with the customer care rep (Joe) has been great and smooth post closing on warranty related items. He manages work orders swiftly, is very quick to respond to all my questions/concerns and shares great deal of knowledge on the house, equipment and maintenance

The wall and back door don't align perfectly so fixing that would be greatly appreciated.

The teams - the people behind the teams. Chris is the best representative any residential agency could ever have working for them. He is simply the best.

This was a very tough survey to complete because all of the people at Brookfield have been so professional, especially Chris, Enrique, Flora and Guillermo, as well as John and his associate, David (I believe) who both made a personal visit to our home to convey their commitment to making our experiece the best one possible. I commend them all highly.

The warranty person, Joe is amazing! He makes me feel like I made a good decision buying here.

Probably the enforcement on the amount of cars. Several homes in the high rental section of the neighborhood have 6+ vehicles. The sidewalks and crosswalks not on a house front are neglected and have massive overgrowth and/or weed problems.

upgrade dishwasher. Noisy, bottom of the line unit. Shower head does not provide sufficient pressure. Water pressure is too low

Kendra did a great job of finding us a lot and design we love. Joanna did a great job of coordinating our design materials. Love how the place looks. She is wonderful to work with. I would like to nominated our construction manager, Christian, as MAN of the YEAR !! He was always responsive, and said yes to our requests, or clearly explained why a few things were not possible. Because of him, we feel we have an absolutely tremendous quality home, We love him !!

1. Would have liked a higher end appliance package. Would like more design options for floor plan. 2. THE NEGATIVES: -Sterling AVI was awful. Refused to meet with me or do phone meeting. Could not seem to understand I wanted AV Center in closet. They did not follow through on electrical design requests. Now you are making me meet with them to do final "white glove service" They still did not return phone calls and finally Brennan was able to get them to schedule. Glad you fired them, but you did not do anything to help me with the problems, i have continued to have with them. -I have concerns the AC unit is under sized for the unit, based on Home Owner Feedback on Face book. Christian has reassured me our unit is upgraded and will be fine. Mike of Airtron service reassured me the unit would be replaced at no cost if inadequate. We will revisit this issue in July. --Suggestion: The design and option process is exhaustive. When we signed our documents, the plumbing in 3rd garage, and the door from the master closet to laundry room was not included as we remember discussing. This quickly became a he said-she said situation, Both were eventually resolved, though somewhat painfully. My suggestion is to include a summary of options NOT chosen. These discrepancies would have been quickly and easily seen prior to signing if there had been a page of options not selected.
