What particularly stands out for me is the detail that the company takes in fixing every mark on the walls, issues with cabinets and the like. It is made abundantly clear the attention to detail and wanting to ensure the property delivered is the very best.

So far, our experience was good, better that other builders (this is our 3rd new build). We really appreciated progress updates, pictures of kitchen and floors installed (through the app), frame walk and appt to take window covering measurements. We just submitted our 30-day warranty form, so we don't know how quickly EQ will address them and if they will give us the same run-around as other builders. We hope not.

From start to finish, it was an enjoyable experience. Near the end, there was a huge error; the wrong kitchen island was installed. Wrong colour. The issue was resolved with no further issue.
