Our Landmark representative, Mike made such a positive difference! Information, communication and friendliness made our absentee buyer as pleasant as possible. Kody and Jake at the condo property were also extremely helpful in many aspects!

Review of Overall Experience

We purchased a Rock the Block house. We have found many examples of shortcuts and shoddy workmanship in the house. Including questionable quality in the oven which was a low quality Chinese oven with terrible reviews which we had to replace. We also had a blackstone grill that was installed improperly and started a fire on the porch we had to put out with a hose. The Landmark contractors have been responsive in addressing most of the problems we identified. But when we pay 3million for a house we expect more attention to detail.
