Review of Overall Experience

As a first time home buyer, the purchasing process can be a little overwhelming. I really enjoyed my experience with Meritage Homes overall, though I would recommend a streamlining of communication between the buyers agent and Meritage. More often than not, my agent was NOT looped into email comms from MTH, and that was detrimental to me because I depended on her to help me through the process. MTH did not provide that level of assistance, and in the future they need to always include the agent in communications. As for the home itself, it's quite lovely. I'm a bit dissapointed with some of the finshes. There are aspects I feel were rushed, or not explained throughly during the financing piece. However, Nick has earned 10's across the board for his diligent attention to my homeowners needs and walking me through every inch of the house to make sure I'm in control of the purchase.
