The overall experience was good. I had great sales experience, my questions were answered, my situations were accommodated like for getting a POA, The only thing that I didn't like is there was a 3 month delay in delivery from October to January in which I had to incur a lot of my person expense to accommodate for my living situation. The quality of the house was also good, like finish and except I had soon noticed some of the window frame were not aligned correctly straight.
