The construction manager Josh was absolutely amazing and had our backs throughout the entire process. If you ever fire this man I will never buy another meritage home in my life

Only dissatisfaction was the $5600 FHA fee that was not included in the closing costs as it was told Meritage would pay all closing costs. Otherwise it would have been a perfect score.
