John & Bruna were amazing throughout the entire experience! Just phenomenal we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Would recommend meritage homes to anyone. We had an appointment with Lennar at Brystol at Wylder but we walked into MTH by accident. Bruna was so accommodating and sold us right away. We couldn’t have asked for a better loan office. John really worked hard 24/7 to get us this home. He was always available and navigated us through the entire journey.
We had a very positive experience with Meritage Homes from our first meeting with Jeff right through to the closing and post-closing process.
My experience in having my punch list completed in a timely manner has been unacceptable I moved in December 18 and was told most of these items are no problem they’ll be done by January 1 and here we are today and I’m still waiting for these items to be completed.
