On an extremely positive note, Renee and Janell were absolutely amazing and are a true asset to Mungo. On a negative note... - The painters and their work is atrocious. While we did the best to clean it up, most of the trim and caulking will need to be prepped properly and redone. Not sure why they are a vendor, but I'd rethink using them at any level. Not a cost I was expecting to incur with a new home. Very, very disappointed and frustrated with their "work". - Cable Wiring was roughed out behind the master bedroom instead of the garage. I'm not an expert in fiber/cat 5 wiring but I bought the home with the understating that either Spectrum or AT&T would easily connect internet service and I'd have use of all the pre-wired cat 5 throughout the house. The fix Mungo offered would have added more of a mess to the exterior of the very visible right side of the house (corner lot) and mixed reviews on converter. All I asked was to run a fiber wire about 50' above the garage ceiling to the box inside the closet hub. AT&T left me with 75' of fiber to use and I would have been responsible for repairing drywall. All I asked was Mungo to run the wire. In closing, I'm hopeful Mungo will make it right and provide a solution to the painting issues and fiber run. Thank you.

Thank you for this opportunity to review our overall experience! We feel that we had a unique situation as we were coming from having built a one-of-a'kind custom home. Therefore had a difficult time transitioning to more of a track-home with upgrades offered. It took us a long time to "arrive at a place" where we felt we were going to get the attention to detail we were seeking. We shopped around for awhile. Our needing began with Ian attentive and patient) , and onto Jayne (knowledgeable and thorough) and finally to our decision to invest in this Community, Lochton at Cane Bay. Thank you to everyone up until that point! Then we were introduced to Mitch, our Superman Project Manager. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5-stars. Mitch is one-of-a-kind rare find in this industry and we could not appreciate him more. Thank you for bringing him into our experience and for doing what it takes to retain him. We could not be happier! This amazing team of folks helped make it easy for us to transition and get to the quality of life we were seeking in this stage of life. THANK YOU.
Alex ( the builder) has done an excellent job. He is knowledgeable, professional, an has done an outstanding job for us. Answers calls and text in a timely manner. We love our new home!!!!
From start to finish having a home built by Mungo homes was a pleasure. Brian was very helpful and available to answer any questions we had. Our builder, Frank, was very knowledgeable and did everything he could do to ensure our home was as perfect as it could be.
