As a whole the process rom start to finish was great!
I would like to compliment the Rausch Coleman team for being available to answer all of our questions, and for always being flexible when wanted to visit the home. We know that your team stays very busy and it’s appreciated. The level of communication throughout the process of purchasing my home was immaculate and our kids, friends, and parents were treated like part of the family. I believe that your sales team has a great understanding of the process, products, and floor plans Rausch Coleman offers and it made my experience unforgettable. These feelings is extended towards the builder! I don’t feel like I needed to hesitate at any point of my experience to ask for help. This is true even after my purchase. All of my requests and concerns were addressed and I could not be more greatfull. P.S. I understand why I’m filling out the survey but I would rather leave a review instead of partaking in this process. I’m too nice to say no and that I don’t want to complete a survey. Thank you.
