I have put in a few warrant requests for minor repairs. The builder has shown up at my door within an hour every time. He has promptly put in the service ticket to the appropriate company and they have shown up within 24 hours. They are always there no matter what I need. Amazing home and couldn't ask for better customer service.

Christy and Eric at Cherry Creek were amazing from the get go. Very communicative, they were patient with all of my questions and requests.
The home buying team was fantastic, especially Natalie. The main issue that we have is the size of the laundry room. It is very very tiny and doesn’t even fit a standard washer and dryer set. We bought and returned multiple sets and finally had to pay extra for a smaller apartment style set that actually fits in the space without covering part or all of the door. When we brought this issue up we were told that the issue is going to be resolved in all future builds of our house model. Which is great for them but doesn’t help us in anyway and we will always be stuck having to pay extra for a specifically sized washer and dryer set. Another issue we had was the yard. There are rocks and big chunks of wood all over the yard and sod. We found multiple rusty nails and other sharp pieces of metal scattered around the porch area where our daughter plays at. We found multiple crushed up water bottles and trash inside and under the sod as well. We also noticed some paint on the floors and walls and other cosmetic issues. We had to have our toilet fixed the first few days we were here. The installation was off so it caused the toilet to rock when you sit on it. It was temporarily resolved with a piece of plastic solid underneath it.
As a first time home buyer, taking on such a huge commitment made me both excited and afraid at the same time, but Keaton and Merrill, along with the lenders made the process easy and enjoyable. Love the way they follow up with you after the move in.
