I did not have to look very long for a home. This was the 2nd home I looked at and I knew as soon as I walked through the front door this was the home for me. I love my new home! All the amenities are fabulous. The house is very well build, well thought out for electrical out let, sprinklers, recessed lighting, storage and closet space. Its wonderful. Low maintenance front yard. Spacious garage. I love my ride home to my Ryder Home. ITS PERFECT!

The Sales Representatives I dealt with were awesome! They listened to any concerns I may have had. They were pleasant to speak with and were very considerate. The construction personnel I met with also were very informative and went above and beyond to make sure the items I needed addressed were in fact completed. I would not hesitate to refer a friend to purchase a Ryder home. Thank You!

Sub contractor messed up. Dan, the sales manager kept lying to me that Ryder will make it right. Judd the construction sup Said he take care of some of the tile work and he never did. Lots of lies!
Working with Ryder Homes was a good experience. Dan is knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. Any problems that arose were quickly addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. We love our new home!!

I have several concerns and is challenging to address with Ryder homes.
Smooth construction process, more supervision from the trades could be definitely use while they are building the house and better cleanup before closing the house.
