Great process from first conversation with Erica to after closing touch ups with Tom as the project manager. Extremely satisfied.
We had an overall excellent experience with S&A Homes. We were a little disappointed about not knowing all of the upgrades that were available. We are still waiting for the exterior work to be completed as we closed during the winter.
Was a very good experience
Overall we are satisfied with our new home. For the money we feel some things should have been included/upgraded. Garage, in our opinion, should have been insulated (walls and ceiling), bathroom towel bars are very cheap and not of good quality.

Overall experience was good would like some of the items that needed to be corrected through walk-through to be corrected much sooner than they are being done
This is the third single family I’ve purchased built by S&A Homes. Overall, it’s been always a pleasure to work with.

It was a pleasure to work with Anne and Dave throughout the process for the construction of my new home. They were able to answer any questions I had and provide reasonable and accurate timeframes for everything. Their recommended excavator, Davis Excavating, was also great to work with. S&A Homes used high quality materials and completed the construction with good craftsmanship. I highly recommend S&A homes to anybody looking to build a new house.
While I like the home and most aspects of the home, I wish I would have been involved more in the week to week building progress to make it a most customized experience. I made some requests at the pre construction meeting to have done and then it ultimately my request was not met. Simply wanted to have the ability to turn on the family room lights upon entering the door, it was written down at the reconstruction meeting, not mentioned again and then not included in the project. Again, we would like to have been more involved in the details, whereas we found that had we not reached out to the project manager, there would not have been any line of communication. It's not necessarily an awful thing cause I know you guys build hundreds of homes a year, so you know what you're doing. But what I'm essentially saying is involve you customers more, communicate with us, during the building process to ensure they are getting what they want.
