WORST experience ever! Closed on our new build hone on 12/4/23 and never received a walk through. We were told that it wasn't a walk through it was an orientation on appliances and warranty but if we saw anything that stands out we could mark it. Been dealing with builders and warranty dept for 3 months trying to get repairs done. Wall structures, cabinets, damaged and improper working applianes, plumbing issues, exterior issues, over spray of paint/chaulking on floors. Over all felt there was no care put into the build our home! Feels like and is a construction zone to present date!
