Overall house is nice, but not getting fast enough response on items needing attention. Back door leaking, cement entry lip on garage, The back yard came with a ridiculous sloped burn which makes half the back property useless. Minimal lawn sodding in back yard. Very cheap air filters in house make me wonder what other items may be cheaply made. People doing work do not speak English which make communication extremely difficult.

Sofia was really helpful when going through our blue tape process and also after getting our home. She made sure that everything was taken care of at our 60 days. She went into in-depth detail on answers to any of our questions. We would recommend Stanley Martin to our friends and family.
