I liked Sterling homes house layout but the number of windows are less. My home doesn’t have a window in den, stairs, laundry,and there is a single window in bonus room. Though, everything is excellent but less number of windows made me upset. I thoroughly understand the zero lot concept . But there is a side entrance too in the basement. If there is a side entrance to basement then there could be more windows on the side of the house that is yours. Rest everything is good.

My overall experience with Sterling Homes has been great, I can’t say anything bad. My gutter was incomplete, but the ServiceQ guy came by today and said that it would be fixed. No complaints from the first 30 days of ownership.
