Review of Overall Experience

Overall my experience with tilson homes is a good one, however there are two things that I had to fight and argue with. The first was an electrical issue that was finally resolved, the other is an issue with a product called Ardex that was improperly installed and used to repair my rear patio after one of the contractors damaged it. This issue is only partially resolved due to the fact that Tilson homes has agreed to refund half of the cost for me to install a superior product called polyaspartic. I feel that Tilson homes should cover the entire cost of this product since I was assured that everything would be handled to my satisfaction. If it wasn’t for these two issues I would give Tilson homes all 5 stars on this survey. This one issue has given Tilson homes a huge black eye in my opinion and is why I cannot recommend Tilson homes.
