The only thing I don’t like with Trico home builder is it was so soon for possession with out completely done the concrete at front of car garage and second coating of exterior paint

I had a wonderful experience with Trico Builders while purchasing my new home. From the initial stages of selecting the floor plan to the final walk-through, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. One of the standout aspects was their excellent communication. Adam Zymirski and Steven Yip were always prompt in answering my questions and keeping me updated on the progress of the construction. They were also very transparent about costs and timelines, which I greatly appreciated. Moreover, the quality of workmanship was top-notch. The attention to detail was evident, the sturdy construction to the beautiful finishes. It's clear that Trico Builders takes pride in their work and strives for excellence. Overall, my experience with Trico Builders was exceptional. The delivery was little late and in middle of winters but Adam was very much accommodating in providing a workable possession date. They delivered on their promises and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or buy a home.

If I could turn back time, I would never purchase a home from Trico again. The overall experience was extremely poor. The Area Sales Manager was highly unprofessional and misled us into signing an incorrect blueprint, claiming it was just a draft and assuring us that all concerns and corrections would be addressed in the final blueprint. Unfortunately, the one we signed was treated as final, leading to a window in the basement being incorrectly placed. Furthermore, she deliberately postponed our layout change requests, asserting that she had communicated with the design team numerous times, yet none of our requests were fulfilled. Consequently, the house we purchased is definitely not our ideal home. Dealing with this Area Sales Manager was a total nightmare, an experience nobody should have to encounter in their lifetime.

Trico provides good services. Some time we promised to get photos with progress report but we did not get it, Since I got possession, there were some work needs to done, but some reason we don't receive any service as promised before. Second thing about sales person, me and my cousin booked same house with same appliances but when I asked about product which my cousin received, he told like its lucky draw to get upgraded appliances, and the way sales person talk, his attitude was totally changed compare to previous attitude. I know appliances can be change based on availability but I got unrealistic answer. Other then that, Trico provides good services for my first new home.
