Review of Overall Experience

My experience was not as expected. Poor communication from Tuskees. Home is built within codes, but, quality of basics such as drywall finish, painting is sub-standard. Cheap paint. I can see the drywall taping/plaster through paint when the light hits the walls. Interior doors have never seen sandpaper beofre painting. I have not received replies to the most basic of questions with respect schedule for grading. I don't care that Tuskes has X-number of houses to grade. Tuskes chose the number of houses to build. Why can't a schedule be determined and shared with buyer's. I got what I paid for which is minimal. The salesperson gave advice contrary to experience. Should have gotten more in writing.
