The quality of finishing the house is very ordinary. So many issues found and still finding. It is so stressful for a home owner to find and report many issues and not knowing about the issues that are yet to be found.
Our experience building our home has been great. Everyone we dealt with was easy to work with, helpful and professional. We were very impressed with how the scheduled time frame was met. Could not have asked for an easier process.
It was nice working with Adam, Nick and Lyndsay. Adam and Nick follow up with every step of the process till the house completion. Lyndsay helped to choose the house design and provided as much information as we want it while choosing.
It’s okay. Still waiting for patio to be finished.
