I wish it would be able to set the temperature to less than 60. The filter is easy to get to and clean. I never have to touch it other than turning it on off. Does not take up much space. I use it in my workshop for wood turning. Quiet. minimal wall space and easy to operate.

I like the feature of being able to add water to the tray at the bottom, but it is too difficult to remove the cover, pull the tray out without getting down on the floor to do it and I am over 85 years.

I have had my heater for 2 months. Love the fact that the btu heat level and the fan speed automaticity adjusts to keep the room at a constant temperature. Also very quiet.

I like that it runs on natural gas, it's small size, and it's features for setback etc. I dislike that the default temp is 60 degrees- I'd like it to be lower.

Have had it for about 8 months. Have not had our noisy furnace on since. It more than meets our expectations.

"Outstanding wall furnace! This unit is a tremendous work horse. I purchased a11000 btu which is a little undersized for floor area. It totally keeps our first floor absolutely toasty warm in a deep Vermont winter. We ll ve Rinnai wall heater. It is very frugal with our natural gas."

I have 2 Rinnai units: a 1004F 38000 btu and a 11000 btu. The 11000 btu is far more sensitive to temperature changes and responds to meet that temperature change than the 1004F. My 1004F is almost 17 years old is still throwing out the majority of the heat for our home.
