I replaced my entire heating system which was set up in my garage, included the old school hydronic heater in the garage itself. Looked at many different options for the garage and decided on your product. Very quiet and heats my oversized garage very well. I am more than satisfied with my purchase. Unit gets warm and quickly but fan don’t blow across the room. Heat mainly stays a few feet in front of the unit. Additionally, there isn’t a way to wirelessly or via Bluetooth to connect a wall thermostat. Would be great to control the device with my phone so on my way home, my house could be warm.

2 Rinnai heaters were already installed when we purchased our house in 2012. Both were older units which we have replaced within the past 2 years. Units are very effective in keeping designated areas warm and cozy in the winter.

When Rinnai tankless water heaters and wall heaters work, they work well. When they don't work its a nightmare to find parts or people to repair them. The tankless water heaters do not work well in Northern Canadian climates very well. Have had the Tankless water heater and wall heater for 7 years. It does not meet my expectations compared to a standard hot water tank or furnace.

Outstanding reliability and efficiency. One unit heats 900 sf apartment in upstate NY. Very little maintenance.

"My 550 heater I bought for 1800 can only be on 62 anymore than that is too much. I am very satisfied and I had one prior to that for 20 Yrs and I could have fixed it but I wanted to upgrade. "
