Like humidifier tray feature. Easy to operate. Had installed 2-months and love it. Fits great in small homes and love how heat comes out bottom at blow up at angle, this enables top surface to remain cool & useable surface plus enable mounted TV above not to be affected by heat flow

The thermostat is located somewhere in the back close to the ground. The heater says the room is 54 and the actual room temp is 62. The heater can only be turned down to 60 so leaving the heater on while not at home is a total waste of heat. I end up turning the heater off and using electric heater. I have been told to fix this problem they will bypass the heaters control panel and I have to buy a thermostat and have that installed. ( Service call, thermostat, and running wires thru the wall above heater, plus having to plug something else in) Not a good solution. In the past my heater had a wire with a sensor on the end that you taped to the wall well above the heater so that you got a more accurate reading of the room temp. The heater itself works great.

I had a propane fireplace previously and found that the temperature in the room was uneven. This unit provides comfort through out the entire room. I initially hoped to hook it up to my existing NEST thermostat but found that would require a separate thermostat. While that was disappointing I did not find it a game changer. I have had the unit for one winter. I would highly recommend it.
