I LIKE THE TIMER AND THE ECONOMY BUTTON OPTIONS.... AND IT'S VERY QUIT RUNNING.... DISLIKES, NONE SO FAR.... INSTALLED IT LATE SEPTEMBER 2021.... TIME WILL TELL OF ITS RELIABILITY....

The only issue I have is with the installation. I live in the SE US and this type of product is not common. So it was very difficult to find a retailer. And when I did, they had never sold or installed one before. Most of their business is selling and installing vent-free products, which I did not want. But the good news is, while it took them several trips, they did install it properly and it passed inspection.

Compact and efficient. Well designed. Quite. Very easy to operate. Only concern is the built in thermostat reading always reads room temp about 4-5 degrees cooler than the actual space.

Whisper quiet, quick install,heats a room 40'×30' in a matter of minutes on high fire then cycles down to low fire and maintains equal room heat. Don't hesitate to take the plunge on purchasing these wall heaters.

Have had this Rinnai for 4 years, it is reliable and efficient. I a disappointed that the fan on it rumbles and is louder than the previous one. Still, I feel secure because of reliability of Rinnai heaters.

I bought a unit that had an issue immediately following installation. My installer called Rinnai and tech support was great and said we would need a part. Well the part was delayed and then the decision was made to replace the entire unit which was great, I was pleased with that. Throughout this time Rinnai customer service and tech support said all of the labor would be covered but when I try to make a claim I got a totally different story. They ended up covering some of the labor but not all. I'm not sure how often a brand new unit is defective but I was not pleased to find that the story of changed once I was dealing with a warranty claim. Buy direct from an approved installer that will cover any labor charges if there is an issue after install.

Works well and heats our 2000 soft basement very quickly. Only downfall is it rattles a little bit.
