I immediately started having issues with my heater. Rinnai insisted on having a plumber troubleshoot which I did. After a months and two service calls by installer and two from gas company Rinnai finally replaced the unit. Problem solved except they now claim I am responsible for all the service calls as they don’t cover that in the warranty. Based on the support I received I would not buy again.

My first impression was how very quiet this space heater is. We have had it for 3-4 months and use it to heat an exercise area in an unfinished basement. With just the touch of a button, the heater is working and takes the chill off in a short time while making very little noise.

This unit is replacing a corn burner in a 3-season room. I was concerned that it might not be able to heat the space, but it does a great job. It heats quickly. It is clean and works as promised.

Redid the kitchen so we replaced heater with a newer model. It is a great heater when it stays on

"I have a small unit it certainly beats the electric heaters. The room is very toasty. Air in the room isn’t dry. Love it I should have installed this years ago. Easy to use. Had to call customer service had a question & it was answered 👍. It was installed 3 months ago. It’s a great product."

I’ve got three Rinnai Silent Servants, and they all work beautifully. Quiet, extremely efficient, very low maintenance. Note that I live at 6,000 feet elevation, and I’ve never had a problem with inadequate oxygen. (I’m using the natural gas version.)

If you have a problem with a heater that is under warranty, they tell to contact a certified repairman. , no matter how far away they are. This applies if the heater is faulty from day one . They will not exchange it
