The room temperature displayed on the machine seems way off. I wish there was a way to adjust the “fan speed” of the machine. However, it does quickly and quietly heats up the room.

The Rinnai ventless heater is perfect for medium to large rooms. It warms the room quickly and quietly. I've used a smaller one in the past and it held up fine for almost 10 years. Great little heaters.

He heater works great, is quiet, puts out a lot of heat, over all great. Only complaint I have is that the ambient air sensor is down on the lower back right above the floor. In my installation it is in a corner of two outside walls and on a tile floor (on a slab). So the temperature in the room may be 72, but the thermostat on the heater is set at 60. (as low as it goes) i wish the temp sensor was up near the air intake on the back vs down almost on the floor.

Easy to understand controls, no pilot light or exposed flame, cool touch cabinet. First season of use, installed January 1 and has surpassed my expectations. This is the 4th Rinnai “Silent Servent” I have purchased.

The main attraction was the product did not have an open flame as many gas area heaters do. Nothing for kids to curious and into. No gas pilot light, uses an on demand electronic ignition. No smell of gas which I originally expected with it being an unvented heater. The advanced controls and thermostat features are really convenient, easy to use and energy savers. I have had it for almost three months during our recent cold season. Heats the area beyond anything an electric space heater can do with total comfort with the user controls. Very pleased with this product and recommend it. It may cost more than most gas heaters, it worth it as the quality and features are outstanding.

I like that we can control the temperature and I love the fan so it warms the whole basement. We installed it a few months ago and it more than meets our expectations!

It heats our entire 1200 sf home and keeps us toasty warm. Thankfully it has control locks so my toddler doesn't mess with it. My only warning is that it does increase the humidity in our home. We just installed a cheap dehumidifier and the problem is solved.

We've had our heater for several months. We like it and it does a good job heating our basement. I have to say the only thing I don't like is when the blower is on and not blowing hot air sometimes it blows cool air and I don't like that feature because it makes me cold.

I liked the fact that it was a ductless unit. I don't like the fact that because it vents internally, it creates excessive indoor humidity. I have had this unit about 90 days.
