"disapointed product shipped w wrong part several repair visit w phone experts from rinnai several attempts to repair as per rinnai request fail aftera month rinnai send expert t house makes correct diagnoses rinnai put 3 oz part in snail mail not overnight wait another week and is repairedwithin minutesmy installer was great not corp.over 40 hours install time and rinnai is jerkin him around about reimbersment cause im not paying 40 hours for an install so far product has been great combi boiler takes alot of expensive plumbing to install get quote to include in your final choice it will take alot of hot water to pay for this do your math never got any info on a rebate that was available until to late"
