Exterior unit installed and works great! Unfortunately, the cover for the plumbing connections doesn't match the rest of the unit, so it does take away from its appearance. Rinnai should have thought of this one!

I love having access to limitless hot water! There is no longer a wait for the water heater to regroup when company is here and we all need to take a shower or bath. The other advantage is not having that giant tank in MyHeritage utility closet, wondering if, or when, it may start leaking! Now that utility closet is truly a utility closet! My unit was installed in October of 2021, and has been a joy to me ever since. It has exceeded all my expectations!

Unlimited hot water. Uses energy only when in use, therefore very efficient and inexpensive. I have had Rinnai water heaters since 2009. The indoor one has been problem-free. The outdoor unit was damaged when temperatures were unseasonably cold for 10 days (in Central Texas).

The continuous hot water is a feature that we like. The unit hanging on the exterior of the house is a bit of a distraction from the beauty of the exterior. We have been using it since we moved into our new home on January 21, 2022.

We’ve had our Rinnai for 6 months and could not be happier! Do not fear the cost or any negative Nelly’s that you’ve heard from before, take my word, I only wish I had put one in 12yrs ago when we built our home. Not only is it easier to adjust the temperature, plus more efficient, I find it to be a downright attractive piece of equipment. Kudos to Rinnai!

Had one in our old house; we updated and added to our current house. Dishwasher, washing Machine and both showers all have hot water at the same time. Hope we never have to return to a tank water heater.
