I replaced my previous Rinnai tankless water heater which lasted 14 year in November 2021. The replacement unit fit perfectly to the previous unit location. The unit has worked perfectly since being installed. It does take time for the water in the kitchen to get hot, but once hot you never run out of hot water. This was the same with the previous model.

No fluctuations in water temperature, it can handle two showers at the same time. It does have a 120 degree high limit, I would have preferred it went a bit hotter. No other complaints.

Just had installed a new unit in late August to replace existing Rinnai unit that was in the house which we just bought in June. Saw how a worn out unit does not perform and am happy so far with the new one. Looks like the old one lasted about 7 years but was poorly maintained. Was advised that with the water filtration system we newly installed the life of the Rinnai should be good.

not satisfied, I have to wait for the water to get hot and when I'm taking a shower and someone uses the hot water the shower hot water is effected. When I called Rinnai and spoke with someone, she told me "it sounds like I need a pump". I had a pump installed from my old gas water heater when the unit was installed plus, I was told by the plumbing company that Rinnai referred me to that my Rinnai unit has a pump. I have a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath house. I had the unit installed less the 6 months ago.

Besides it being nicely mounted on a wall I don’t recommend this product. It takes about 3 minutes to get hot water in the mornings. I’ve called and told them the issue and they haven’t done anything about. Instead I have to pay out of pocket to fix their issue.
I've owned my Rinnai water heater for 3 - 4 months. I particularly like the output given it's small size. It can heat enough water for 3 showers at the same time yet the heater fits in a small closet. I also like that I can easily change the maximum water temperature from the keyboard on the front of the heater.

Love this unit. The speed is the same or quicker to receive hot water to the second floor. Love the sleek look and the size make it easy to conceal within a slim closet. I have had this unit for 6 months. I called Rinnai several times for advice and was VERY impressed with the knowledge of their customer service reps. They were so pleasant and helpful!

It takes no room like a traditional tank water heater in your garage. More room in the garage is nice! My gas bill has also gone down. The old tank needed to heat the water all the time. Now with the tankless Rannai, it only uses gas when you need hot water. We've had it installed a few months now, and we never run out of hot water. Rannai seems to be a quality product and we are very happy with this brand. Well worth the cost!

This is the second Rinnai tankless Water heater we have purchased. This one was installed in a remodel we just completed and is just as great as the first one we purchased. 3BD 2BA, two kids plus two parents and never a hot water problem! What could be better?
