First time purchasers and used in our park model vacation home. Looking forward to reduced hydro bills as a result of the on demand feature. We also like the fact that we don’t run out of hot water for showers etc.

Space saving, reliable and saves me money. Old tank water heater was electric and cost a fortune. This is now wall mounted freeing up space in the laundry room and saving me lots on electricity. The 130,000 BTU is perfect for our 900 SQ FT house with 1 full bathroom.

We love how much space it saves, we haven't seen a reduction in our gas bill though. We have a small house (1200sq") and the water takes a good minute to reach certain faucets. We've had our unit a few months and overall we do like it. We like how easy it is to change the temp. I guess we were hoping for a little faster operation.

On-demand, gas-powered, fresh hot water instead of keeping a tank full of stale water warm using electricity: I like it. I am still figuring out how to make it with with the dishwasher, which would normally take hot water several times during its program, and the Rinnai does something where, as soon as I turn off the hot tap, it fills itself up with cold water, and there's 60' of tube in it. So, every time the HW tap is on, it has to push through all that cold water first, so waste of water and the hot will not reach the dishwasher. But I may be misunderstanding this, and there may be a setting on the tank that allows for dishwasher function that I am not understanding yet. I am sure this question must have been raise at design time.

To me, the best part is the size and amount of continuous heated water. The negative is the 120 max temp (I’ll haven’t figured out if or how to make it higher then this)

Love the compact tankless Rinnai water heater. We have had it 4 months and are glad we no longer have a tank. A tankless water heater lasts longer than a tank and we don't have to worry about a water leak in our crawl space. Love that we get water on demand and use it as we need it. The unit was easy to buy online and we feel we got it at a good price at Home Depot.

I’ve had my Rinnai tankless heater since April 2021. I am very impressed with how much of a savings reflected on my gas bill. I would recommend installing a tankless water heater to anyone.

We had been struggling with an outdated water heater. The water had started to take on a sulfuric smell. The installation on the new Rinnai heater couldn't have been simpler and we now have the hottest water that lasts through all the showers.
