I have a rental cabin that holds 18 people and the largest home water heater was not enough. I switched to the Rinnai and it has been incredible. Unlimited hot water. When the cabin is empty, I don't waste money heating water for an empty house.

I need to have my installer figure out if we can adjust the high temp to 130 degrees instead of the factory high of just 120 degrees F.

Space Saver. Not Constantly heating water all day. Only downside is that it can take a little bit to get warm/hot water depending on how far you are away from it in the house.

We bought the tankless unit after we installed a walk in tub. It uses 50 gallons of hot water per use and our hot water heater would not recover quick enough for both of us to use it. This unit is space saving, quiet while working and provides all hot water we need.

Endless supply of hot water! This is our 2nd purchase of a Rinnai ( 2 different homes of coarse) it heats water perfectly, 2 showers at the same time? No problem!

The heater has a nice quick response. Our showers have hot water within 30 seconds. As we are in the Smart Home era, I believe that the WiFi module should be built-in, or included.
