We absolutely love our experience with the limitless supply of "hot" water, that our Rinnai gives us. We are so happy!!!

I've only had the heater now for about 6 weeks. It works good, the only complaint is that it does take awhile for the water to get hot in the shower........and there is a small leak that the plumber needs to come back and take a look at. I also had to redo all the piping for the exhaust, as it takes a larger pipe than regular hot water tanks.

"Uses a lot of water"

We have had it six months and it came with a new build home. Have to run the water wide open for it to work and if you slow down the flow or shut it off for a few seconds it takes time for it to reignite and produce more warm water. In the mean time it gets cold again. You have to keep the temperature low to keep the flow up through the unit, too hot, you have to add cold water and the hot shuts down. If it's not going through the unit fast enough it does not turn on..
