"Always cold water"

Too much water is wasted before the water gets warm or not at all. Much turn on to hot water faucets to get enough flow to warm water.

We live 1 story, 3 bedroom, 2 adults. Our house is a year old, bought it newly built, the house came with the Tankless Water heater installed. Only complaint we have are you do not get instant hot water, you need to run the faucet for a 1/2 a minute. You can not change temperature of the heater you will lose the 5 year warranty if you try to adjust. Ours is set to 120F.

"Never run out of HOT WATER!!!"
Black Gold Dec 1, 2021
Never runs out of hot water. We moved into new house 4 months ago. We had 8 family members visiting for a week for a total of 12 people in the house. On several mornings we had 8 people all shower within an hour and never ran out of hot water.

"A very satisfied Customer"
Happy Nov 29, 2021
This product works quickly and it is very efficient. I enjoy the fact that it does not store a large amount of water like the traditional hot water heaters. I'm very pleased with the fact that it doesn't take space at all. More room for storage.

"Nice Upgrade"
Nokieness Nov 22, 2021
Going from a traditional large tank water heater to an upgraded tankless/wall-mounted water heater was a nice transition. We have more space in the garage now. The tankless heater is very quiet. It's also very easy to maintain and keep running well. We have had it for several months and the only complaint is that it does take a little bit of time for warm/hot water to register out of the faucet or bath/shower. The pros outweigh the cons, however. It is still a great investment and it was a good choice for our family.

Although it takes awhile for our hot water to reach the showers and faucets, once there, we can count on an unending supply.

"Rinnai works well....but with limits "
LaceyJub853 Oct 1, 2021
We bought a house with the Rinnai whole house heater already installed by the builder. The concept to save water and natural gas seems noble.......The negatives...this seems to Waste water getting to where it Is hot. Any fixtures close to it do get hot water in a minute, but our kitchen is farthest from the heater and we have to run water 5 minutes to make it acceptably hot to wash dishes. Water is Never so hot you have to remove your hand from the flow. I had the Rennai installer out to evaluate...he said working to spec, needs no adjustments, and 'you know how these tankless heaters Are'. This also needs yearly maintenance that costs $150-200 per the instructions and can only be done by a professional. So....I only recommend if your house is small say 1500 sq ft or less.

"Uneven heat"
Rick Oct 1, 2021
After 6 months I've learned to not change the flow rate while taking a shower. If I do, the water temperature drops by about 20 degrees and takes 60 seconds to recover. It also, occasionally (not often, thankfully) just randomly decides to do the same thing even though I didn't touch anything.
"So far, so good"

Really enjoy hot water on demand. No more heating 40+ gallons of water just to have it sit there and do nothing. Less utility cost as well.
