We are so pleased with our Rinnai. Hot water on demand (must wait a minute or two to get from basement to second floor), I dislike having to remember to empty the drain bucket. We had it installed in November 2019. It is better than I expected it to be!

Since the tankless has to get up to temperature, there is a little longer lag in hot water getting to a faucet than a tanked water heater if you are not using a recycler.
