For an on demand hot water heater we consistently run out of hot water. This thing is lame.

The unit was installed Fall 2921, after numerous problems with another brand. Our propane specialist recommended Rinai. To date it has worked as advertised/ recommended.

I like that there is never a loss in hot water, my only dislike has been a drop in water pressure when too many faucets are on. I have had it about 6 months now and it does meet all of my expectations.

I have had my unit for about six months. Very glad we switched from the conventional water heater. Don't have to worry about leaks anymore.

I need the manual controller as the WiFi unit that it came with will not work. I have been trying to get the plumber that installed it to give me a quote for the last four month. Overall, this has been a great unit, I would live to use the ful functionality

I purchased the Rinnai tankless water heater with the expectation that it would integrate well with my home automation systems. I was advertised as “Works with Alexa” , while you can use Alexa to start the recirculation by saying “Alexa tell Control-R to start the hot water” you can not set it up to work with a scene. The worst part however is that the app requires you to re-connect to the Alexa app every couple of weeks. With all that the water heater works well.

It provides an endless supply of hot water. And it seems very efficient. This was a retrofit to change out two electric water heaters. It's location is at the end of the house. Consequently, it takes a while to get hot water unless it is in the recirculating mode. But, that seems a minor issue based on the efficiency and cost savings.
