They say the flow rate is 11 GPM. If you have a big bath tub then your only going to get 5gpm of hot water which can’t be adjusted. So if you have a hug bath tub or need a good flow rate stick to a tank water heater. That’s something they don’t tell you when they sell it to you. After 2 months of my asking why my water flow was so low they blamed it in low water pressure coming into the house. Finally a Rinnia rep was called and talked to directly and he stated, “ oh if you have a huge tub then the heater core can’t keep up so you either have to lower you water temp to below 100degrees or go back to a tank water heater because the flow rate is only 5gpm when using hot water.

This unit comes with a remote bluetooth module. Its more of an afterthought. It fails regularly and I would not recommend Rinnai to anyone. Nor will I buy any of their products again.

I have had it for a year. It came installed in my new home. So far it works well, it’s nice to have the remotes, but even better to have the APP installed in the phone. Just a press when you get up in the morning and the water is hot for as long as you use it. The only issue would be if the city has a Natural Gas distribution problem.

We didn't install this product until 3 months ago. Before that, we had to run lots of cold water until the water becomes hot. It is a super efficient product to own. Water can be heated within just one minute once you turn on the preheat. This is an energy and water saving product. Really love it.

I have only had this system for a year and will never go back to the tank water heater. The ability to set when the hot water when needed is a real water saver. I feel great that I am not wasting water!
