Love getting rid of the bulky old water heater in my garage. Works well, I can run multiple appliances at once.

Two weeks after installation in an outside wall, we had 0 degrees temperatures. We lost electricity so I kept the water running slowly (gas cannot light without electricity). Then we lost water. I was sure the water heater was going to be busted when the water and electricity came back on. I had no problems at all. Leaving the water running slowly evidently drained the water heater and prevented it from breaking. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Seems like a fine tankless, but wiring was way too complicated. Took an electrical engineer to read the documentation.

Make sure the heater is closest to the area using hot water the most (kitchen versus master shower) Had an initial problem with the igniter; once replaced it works very well.
