I've had the water heater for a year and I've had no issues with it. Still performs as per specs. It delivers hot water throughout the house very quickly.

We have all the hot water we need and the fact that it does not run out is great. It does not take long for the hot water to reach the showers. The only thing I do not like is that when in use the smell that comes from the water heater is bad and strong. It is an outside unit, but unfortunately close to our back deck.

the only possible complain is that there is a lag before hot water shows up at the faucet. Probably twice as long as from the tanked water heater this unit replaced. For us, it is a minor inconvenience. There are circulating pumps that are available so that the water is hot practically as soon as you turn the faucet. That's overkill from our perspective. But in a desert environment , that would probably be worth the investment.

I installed the water heater. It did not work. I called tech services but they were less than knowledgeable. I took back and purchased a Naveon unit. It installed and works perfectly. I would never recommend your product
