"Saves on gas bill. Changed from a tank water to tankless and once I got the right plumber to install it’s been great! I initially had 3 plumbers who tried to install but they weren’t familiar with installing it. The plumber who installed it had to put a regulator on the gas line to make it work like it should. "

Easy to raise temperture of the unit, home builders, by law, set it very low [108 degrees], normal temp is 120.

I like the fact that the unit is small and doesn't take up a lot of space. I totally dislike that I have to waste gallons of water waiting for the hot water to dispense. I have to let the faucet at the sink run so that he water for the dishwasher is hot.

Compact size. Never run out of hot water. Don’t like the restriction on the max temperature Setting (you can only go up to 120 Deg F max). We like to have the temperature set higher to help with removing any grease from stuff that you have to hand wash in the kitchen sink. Also depending on your plumbing layout and the size of your house, it may take uptp 3-5 minutes until hot water makes it to the farthest sink from where the heaters are installed. Don’t like wasting water like this.

"Gas valve leakage issue resolved with replacing new valve, But manufacture recommended Service contractor technician not aware about the product, not able to find the trouble , left job site in an hour but Unfortunately mechanical Lein for an amount $650 issued against on my property "

It takes too long for the hot water to come through to the faucet, almost 2 minutes. I've timed it and that results in a lot of wasted water. If you turn off the faucet and then a minute later if you turn the hot water on again you still have to wait another 2 minutes for the water to be hot again.

Continuous hot water,no large tank type water heater in house or garage. Had for 7months now. Definitely meets my expectations

It makes hot water, and doesn't require much maintenance, can't really ask for much more. I do wish it was installed on the inside of the home, and not the outside to avoid freezing issues, but that's a problem for the Home Builder to address.

If considering switching from a hot water heater to a tankless, I would highly recommend that you do it. The cost is not cheap, but the savings is well worth it. Very Happy that I decided to make the switch.

The only issue is that the water needs to get hotter, the builder locked the unit at 120.
