This is our second Rinnai. I like using these water heater because they are very well designed and well made. They are easy to install and to service. Both are mounted outdoors & have a sleek look.

Primary feature: Hot water on demand without using unnecessary energy is the main feature of this unit. Installation: The Rinnai Propane Tankless Water Heater was installed February 22, 2020 (3 months ago). Expectations: So far, this Rinnai unit has been reliable and works as intended for my whole house.
