"Nice unit. Domestic Hot a bit tricky to sort out, but may need setup reviewed"

Had about 6 months. Radiant floor heat works well. Still sorting domestic hot water heating for quicker on demand

"Fail to ignite , constant error codes, faulty error codes. Very poor reliability."

The internal programming using the outside temperature sensor does a wonderful job of regulating our heating needs .

Just completed installation 2 days ago. Impressed with capacity to rapidly heat our cold Alaskan water to temperatures comfortable for a shower . Unit is quiet Relatively easy to set DHW temperature. Factory settings for CH seem fine, so startup was straightforward.

"Good product but we were not happy with the Install with Rinnai installers. Fighting and arguing in our basement 1 installer left and we had no Domestic water for a night. Left us with no water until I contacted John Sageloly the next day and he was fantastic in getting the contracting crew over to complete our install. "

High Efficiency, Long Warranty

"It has only been online for 3 months and so far it has been good. With the heating season coming, we will see how it performs. "

The compact size is great as compared to old boiler. Also no longer need to vent thru chimney.

"Quiet, efficient and compact upgrade"

Replaced an aging gas boiler (hydronic in-floor heating) and a 40 gallon water heater with a Rinnai combi boiler. The cost was comparable to replacement of the two units, so was an easy decision - made even easier through a government rebate. It's quiet, efficient and compact, and gave us some floor-space back. So far it's been faultless and trouble-free, and I'm looking forward to the energy savings going forward.

7 months operating. Domestic HW is working excellent. I haven't come into heating season but it tested well in first tests.

"Yes, I would very much recommend this tankless water heater. I have recommended your product to lots of people and I feel it produced 6 unit sales. "

Tankless and boiler combo is great... It worked amazing this winter. We currently had off peek electric.

I've had my new furnace for one winter. My house heated up quickly and feels much warmer!

"Well built and energy efficient"

This boiler is being used to heat the house and provide domestic hot water. I have hydronic floor heat and a hot water coil in the air handling unit for heating the upstairs. It is doing a great job of heating and prioritizing the switch to domestic water. The domestic hot water side is quick to deliver and we've not noticed any lag time over our old electric water heater. The unit is quiet in operation, and I'm seeing significant savings over our geothermal heating system. This unit was intended to be a backup to the geothermal system, but when I say the operating cost difference, I made it the primary.

"replaced my older boiler"

Efficient and does not take up much space. I've had it for 4 months. Works great. My only concern is that not as many repairmen know how to work on this kind of bioler.
